Ed Conscious is a thought-led education and awareness platform committed to nurturing conscious minds in an increasingly noisy world. We exist at the intersection of education, mental health, social awareness, and everyday ethics. Our work focuses on breaking deeply rooted biases, questioning stereotypes, promoting hygiene and well-being, and reimagining education as a tool for awareness—not just achievement.

Ed Conscious believes that true education does not merely inform; it transforms. It teaches individuals to think critically, act responsibly, and live with empathy. Through reflective content, conversations, workshops, and resources, we aim to make learning more human, inclusive, and intentional.

Founder’s Note

Ed Conscious was born from a simple yet powerful realization that education without awareness is incomplete.

As an educator and a lifelong learner, I have witnessed how often we focus on outcomes while ignoring inner worlds, how we reward achievement but overlook emotional well-being, and how many conversations that truly matter are left unsaid. Ed Conscious is my attempt to create space for those conversations.

This platform stands for questioning what we accept as ‘normal’, unlearning what limits us, and learning with empathy, honesty, and intention. It is for those who believe that education should not just prepare us for exams or careers, but for life itself. Through Ed Conscious, I hope to work with students, educators, parents, and institutions to nurture mindful thinking, emotional intelligence, and social responsibility. Change does not always begin loudly. Sometimes it begins with awareness, reflection, and a willingness to look within.

Vincent Mayer

School Co-Founder

A dedicated educator since 2009 – Serving as school’s department head. Director of academics for grades K-12. He has been recognized with a number of awards and Certificates.

Marilyn Quintero

Executive Director

She integrates technology and literature circles to help students develop a lifelong love of language. Marilyn sponsors the school’s Creative Writing Club and is an avid reader of history.

Jayson Gaither

Director of Academics

Prepares students for the digital future with engaging lessons in programming, cybersecurity and app design. He teaches both introductory coding and AP Computer Science to students.
